CodeTwo offers both cloud-based and server-side signature management with extensive Exchange integration. The trade-off is platform scope: CodeTwo does not support Google Workspace, so mixed-stack orgs need a second tool.

Yearly billing is about 10 percent cheaper than monthly, and the minimum is 10 licences. On-premises signature management for Exchange Server is a separate product, licensed independently.

Signivo: On Google Workspace, an admin connects the tenant once and the directory syncs automatically. On Microsoft 365, an admin grants Signivo access in Entra ID and rolls out the Signivo Outlook Add-in centrally. Either way, minutes of admin time, not an IT project.
CodeTwo: Registering a tenant runs through an eight-step wizard and needs a Microsoft 365 global admin, a change to your domain's SPF record, and two Exchange Online connectors plus a transport rule. CodeTwo puts provisioning itself at a few minutes. Cloud signatures work from then on; if you want them to appear while people compose in Outlook, the add-in has to be rolled out as well, which CodeTwo's manual puts at "from 6 up to 72 hours to complete". You can buy and deploy CodeTwo entirely on your own, provided you hold global admin rights in the tenant. On-premises Exchange is a separate product, installed on each Exchange Server carrying the Mailbox role, and it supports Exchange SE only.
