Company name, address, logo, brand colors and heading font. All editable, and skipping costs nothing.
Just the address, without the https://.
Skip the extraction and type the seven fields.
- 20 templates
- Outlook-safe HTML
- Built in your browser
- No account, ever
You do not need an account and nothing is held back for a signup. Keeping it current is then yours: the details are the ones you typed rather than ones read from your company directory, and a new job title means editing the signature and pasting it again. Every preview is compiled by the same engine Signivo runs for paying customers, which is why it survives Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail with the layout intact, Outlook for Windows included.
Every template, its own page

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the signature really for free, and do I need an account?
Yes, free, and no account needed. There is no sign-up, no email wall and no trial that expires.
Which email apps does the signature work in?
Gmail, Outlook on Windows and Mac, Outlook on the web, and Apple Mail. Beyond those, it is ordinary HTML, so it will generally work anywhere that lets you paste a formatted signature.
Can I use my own logo and photo?
Yes. Paste a link to an image that is already online, or pick a file from your computer. A pasted link has to stay publicly reachable, because every recipient of every email fetches the image from that address. A file you pick is uploaded when you copy the signature, not when you choose it, and it is then hosted at a public address of ours for the same reason. We keep it indefinitely, because deleting it would break your signature in every inbox it has already reached. Tick the box to have the setup instructions emailed to you and that email carries a link that deletes it. Templates that show a photo fall back to your initials if you leave it blank.
How much can I change the design?
Layout, colours, spacing, typography, and whether you show a photo, a logo, or both. One thing worth knowing about the fonts: email cannot load a typeface the way a website can, so the list is built from the ones already sitting on almost every machine your message will land on. That is why what you build here is what your recipient sees, on any device, without you having to test it anywhere.
What should my email signature include?
Name, job title, company, and one reliable way to reach you. Everything beyond that competes for attention. A phone number if people actually call you, a website, and at most two social links. Legal footers only if your jurisdiction requires them. What is left still says plenty: the colours you pick, the logo beside your name, whether you sound formal or plain. It is the one part of every email that is entirely yours to design, and it goes out hundreds of times a month whether you thought about it or not.
How do I get my signature into my email?
Hit copy, then paste it into your mail app's signature field. In Gmail and in both versions of Outlook, that is the whole thing. There is a second button for the raw HTML if you or your IT person prefer it, but you do not need it. Apple Mail is the exception, and we are not going to pretend otherwise: it has no HTML editor, so pasting sometimes holds and sometimes quietly falls apart. There is a reliable way, it just runs through a file instead of a settings screen. One page each, with the exact steps: Gmail, Outlook on Windows and Mac, Outlook on the web, Apple Mail.
Do I have to redo this every time something changes?
With this page, yes. A signature you copy is a snapshot. Change your phone number, and you come back and build it again. That is fine for one person. It stops being fine around the tenth colleague asking why half the company still has the old logo in their footer. Keeping a whole company's signatures current is a different job, and it is the one Signivo does.
Can I do this for my whole team?
Not with this page. This one builds a signature for one person, and whoever wants one has to come here and build their own. Doing it once for everyone, from your directory, with the same template and a way to update all of them at once, is a different kind of tool. That is what Signivo is.
Comparing signature tools?
WiseStamp, Newoldstamp and Bybrand all lead with a free generator like this one, and then charge differently once you want it for a team. We have written up how Signivo compares with each of them, including where the other tool is the better pick.
Step-by-step for your email client
The exact menu path for each one, in order, checked against the vendor's own help pages. Each guide also names the step people miss: the Save Changes button at the foot of the Gmail page, the Apple Mail checkbox that strips your formatting if you leave it ticked, and the settings screen Microsoft moved out of Mail.
