The picks

The full round-up

This is the full list of email signature tools you should consider in 2026:

Signivo

Google Workspace Microsoft 365
From €1 / user / mo

Best for: SMBs on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 who need centralized signatures without an IT project.

Signivo is a Berlin-built signature manager designed for two-minute setup. Admins connect their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory, define one or more signature templates, and deploy them across the whole organization. Data stays in Germany. Pricing is a flat €1 per user per month or €10 per user per year, with no feature tiering.

We launched in April 2026 with full directory-native Google integration and a Microsoft 365 Outlook add-in. The trade-off versus the older players: we're newer and smaller, with a tighter feature set. The trade-off in our favor: nobody else gets you deployed in two minutes with EU-only hosting at this price point.

Strength

Flat €1 per user per month with every feature included, EU-hosted in Germany, and setup in two minutes via OAuth.

Weakness

Client-side only: no server-side stamping, nothing in Outlook on mobile, and a tighter feature set than the older players.

Exclaimer

Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
From

$0.90 / user / month (annual)

Best for: large enterprises

The established enterprise player, with deep Microsoft 365 integration and meeting branding for Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. Built for IT-led rollouts; tiered pricing from a low entry rate up to custom enterprise.

Strength

Enterprise-grade rollout with meeting branding for video calls, server-side Exchange stamping and a partner network.

Weakness

The $0.90 headline is the entry tier; brand kits, dashboards and CRM sync sit on higher plans, so your real price depends on what you need.

CodeTwo

Microsoft 365
From

€1.22 / user / month (10 seats, annual)

Best for: Microsoft-only orgs

Microsoft-only specialist with server-side stamping inside Exchange and an on-premises option for Exchange Server. No Google Workspace support.

Strength

Deep Microsoft stack: server-side Exchange Server stamping, an on-premises option, ISO 27001 and 27018 certification.

Weakness

Microsoft 365 only, no Google Workspace, and on-premises Exchange signatures are a separately licensed product.

Bybrand

Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
From

$8 / month base (incl. 10 signatures) + $0.80 / signature + $0.50 / employee

Best for: SMB on Google Workspace

SMB-focused, with native Google Workspace, Zoho and Freshdesk integration. The Brazilian product uses usage-based pricing that scales gradually, but the hosting region is not publicly disclosed.

Strength

Native Zoho and Freshdesk integration plus a six-language interface, aimed at global SMB teams.

Weakness

Usage-based billing: a base fee plus a per-signature and a per-employee charge, so the monthly total moves with your headcount.

Letsignit

Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
From

€1.50 / user / month (signatures & vCards, annual)

Best for: Marketing teams that want slides and vCards too, and can commit for a year

Letsignit sells brand governance rather than signatures alone: campaign banners, digital business cards and PowerPoint templates alongside email signatures, from €1.50 per user per month for signatures, €2.40 for the full bundle, plus an Enterprise tier on request. ISO 27001 and 27018 certified.

Subscriptions are annual only and trial access is request-based. The Terms of Service, SLA and Data Processing Agreement are not published on the site at all. The vendor states 100% EU hosting but names no country or Azure region, and its own security page offers a choice of data centre location.

Strength

ISO 27001 and 27018 certified, with campaign A/B testing, surveys, UTM tracking, PowerPoint templates and vCards.

Weakness

A twelve-month commitment is the entry point, with no monthly option, and signatures alone cost €1.50 per user per month before you add anything.
