Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Signivo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Signivo provides email signature management for Google Workspace. We enable you to design, manage, and deploy email signatures across your organization through Google's APIs.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization if signing up for a team. One person or legal entity per account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems, transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through signatures, resell or redistribute the Service without permission, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
5. Google Workspace Integration
Signivo connects to your Google Workspace via OAuth 2.0 and domain-wide delegation. You authorize us to access and modify Gmail signature settings on behalf of users in your domain. We do not read, store, or process email content — only signature settings. You remain responsible for compliance with Google's terms of service.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service. User data such as names, titles, and contact info is pulled from your Google Workspace directory. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime and access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Lifetime Deals
Lifetime deal purchases grant perpetual access to the features available at time of purchase. Future premium features may not be included. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 14 days. One lifetime deal per organization unless otherwise stated.
9. Intellectual Property
Signivo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content such as logos, images, and text uploaded to the Service. You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
